Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Kattu & Co. pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. To begin a return, please contact us at hello@kattuco.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Because our pieces are made by hand, slight variations in printing, color, stitching, and pattern placement are natural and part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
