Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the United States is $8.
Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Kattu & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or has an issue in transit, please contact us at hello@kattuco.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Kattu & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
